The average life of a total joint is 20-30 years, so many patients are outliving their replacements, which means revision of a patient’s original replacement is necessary.
This enlightening event presented by expert speaker Lynn Anderanin, CPC, CPC-I, COSC will walk you through not only the new codes for 2013, in revision of joint replacements, but will review the CPT codes for joint replacements and revisions in general. You will receive a quick look reference table of the CPT codes for joint replacements and revisions for them to be able to use for coding these procedures.
