You will learn about the taxation issues raised by bankruptcy, the special rules for taxation of individuals in Chapter 7, 13 & 11, the discharge of indebtedness and the taxes discharged by bankruptcy. Robert will facilitate audience interaction and review filing obligation in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13. He will also show completed forms 1041 and 982.
