Simplifying Conditions of Participation, Conditions of Payment and Conditions of Coverage in a Hospice Care.

There is a great flurry of activity when getting someone under hospice care – information gathering, information sharing, certification, election, and more. Both the hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation and Conditions of Payment spell out specific actions required at the time of an admission to hospice care.
