He will discuss the changes to the definition of companionship services and what this means for the use of the exemption in homecare agencies and registries. Discussion on the continuing changes to the employer mandate as well as the issues related to the latest deadline change, along with understanding of the deadlines that apply to you and strategies for compliance will be included. He will also look at EEOC trends and risk areas and related compliance risks.
