It is also crucial, after an audit, to implement corrective actions and a management review of the audit.
In this session, food quality expert Natasha Rowley-Phipps will provide you with the key points to successfully prepare for audits. She will discuss the use of internal inspection programs, training, and zeroing in on key areas of opportunity. Natasha will also discuss helpful strategies for the day of the audit. The work is not done once the audit is finished, and Natasha will discuss how to implement the corrective actions identified in the audit, how to continue to monitor key areas of opportunity and continuously improve for a better score and experience.

Natasha Rowley-Phipps has more than 20 years of experience in food quality, nutrition labeling, manufacturing and research. Natasha graduated from Kansas State University receiving her B.S. in bakery science management with further studies in a master's program of cereal chemistry.
