Steps You Should Take to Prevent the FDA from Taking Away Your Ability to Sell Imported Ingredients in the U.S.

The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) places broad new requirements on the import of food and food ingredients. These requirements include the FDA’s Foreign Supplier Verification Rules, which will require any company importing spices, herbs and seasonings to take additional steps to ensure the safety of those ingredients.
