This is the most opportune moment for you to make progress towards FSMA compliance. Food safety prevention is the name of the game and reduction of risks is the path towards success. Numerous companies have already designed and implemented a great control system, but for many businesses, there are too many new ideas and implementing new processes can get complex.
Using your computer’s Excel spreadsheet, our expert speaker Dr. John Ryan will teach you how to simply design your systems based on the hazards that might be detrimental to both your products and your processes. You will learn how to make a simple flow chart that will diagram and delineate your process as you learn to identify the relevant hazards and build a comprehensive hazard analysis and risk-based preventive control (HARPC) system that accounts for all scenarios.
At the end of this 90-minute session, you’ll have all the information and tools you need to have a HARPC design that will be much easier to implement and use than you had thought possible. Your hesitation to adopt and utilise HARPC will disappear once you learn how simple HARPC really is.
To make the most of this session, plan ahead by thinking what potential hazards might impact your product and processes. If you have already made a food safety plan or HARPC, you are well on the road towards finishing your HARPC requirements. Bring some of your staff to training so you can build a team plan.
