Each year CPT® changes are made to Evaluation and Management services codes, and 2016 is no exception. For 2016 one of the important changes is the revisions and additions to prolonged services, which have a confusing range of codes and because of this confusion they may be underutilized, and not considered for usage. It’s important you understand them to use it appropriately.
