Event Participation Instructions
When and how will I receive information on how to participate in the program?
Dial-in and/or log-in instructions and a link to download the program materials are emailed to the address on the account that ordered the audioconference 2 days prior to the program.
Be sure to check your junkmail folder if you do not see instructions in your Inbox. Occasionally, our registration instructions are caught by companies' security settings.
If you are ordering via phone within 2 days before the program, your customer relations representative will give you this information over the phone or via email.
If you are ordering on the web within 2 days before the program, you will receive an email with this information soon after your order and credit card is verified.
PLEASE NOTE: If for any reason you do not receive your information or welcome kit instructions at least 2 days prior to the conference, please call us immediately at 800-508-2582.
What equipment do I need to play your on-demand recording?
We recommend testing your equipment several days before the event you've ordered to determine whether you can successfully play our on-demand media file.

CEUs (Updated!)
UPDATE: How do I obtain CEUs for a session I've attended or a CD I've purchased?
If the conference has been CEU-approved by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), you will find instructions for accessing your CEU Certificate and CEU index number in the CEU & Feedback materials available for download from the conference webpage or on the CD you've received.
For live events (non-replay) you may obtain your CEU index number by completing the online conference survey -- you will receive a link to your survey via email shortly following the event. The survey link is also available in the CEU & Feedback materials.
PLEASE NOTE: The AAPC requirements for CEU approval have changed for pre-recorded events in 2010. This affects our web replay events as well as CD purchases. To obtain CEU credit for a pre-recorded event, you must take a 10-question, multiple-choice quiz and pass with a 70% or higher score.
To access the CEU quiz for your replay or CD purchase, please reference the CEU & Feedback materials available for download from the replay conference page, or included on the CD. Quizzes are available at http://www.audioeducator.com/ceus/. (Access is free, but you must create a user account.) Your valid quiz ID number will be provided in your conference materials.
If you do not have your CEU index number, or if you need a copy of your CEU certificate, please contact us at customerservice@audioeducator.com or 800-508-2582. Please note: We cannot distribute CEU index numbers for 2010 replay events and CDs if you have not previously taken and passed (at least 70% correct) the multiple choice quiz for the product.
To report your CEUs, log into AAPC's CEU Tracker at http://www.aapc.com/MemberArea/account/CEUTracker.aspx and enter your CEU index number.

What other versions are available besides live audioconferences?
After a live conference takes place, it is then made available as a CD and electronic
transcript (PDF). Both of which are available for purchase separately. Or, order a CD or transcript with a live event and save.

How long will it take to receive my electronic transcript?
Transcripts are delivered via email within 4-6 weeks after the live program takes place. Please be sure you have provided a valid email address when ordering to ensure delivery. You will also receive the full packet of conference materials with your product.
How long will it take to receive my CD?
Tapes and CDs take 2-3 weeks to be delivered once the live program takes place. Please be sure you have provided your correct mailing address when you order. You will also receive the full packet of conference materials with your product.

Ordering/Cancellations
What credit cards do you take?
For your convenience we accept the following forms of credit card payment:

In addition, we will accept personal and corporate checks.
Who should I make my check out to?
Please make checks payable to: AudioEducator and be sure to include your complete ordering information with your check. Please include a valid mailing address and phone number. Missing information may delay your order from processing.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend your ordered event for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Conference cancellations received 48 hours prior to the start time of the event are refundable. After that, cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee.
If you prefer, you may substitute an upcoming audio conference for the one you originally registered for and avoid the $25 processing fee. Or, you may choose to receive a CD recording of the event instead -- just pay the separate shipping and handling fee.
Please note: We reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or substitute events when necessary. We cannot be held responsible for issues caused by our customers' equipment, so please be sure the necessary items are in place for proper conference attendance.
How do I place an order via Fax or postal mail?
Download our PDF order form, print it, and fill in your order information. Then, simply mail or fax it to the address on the form.
